ENTRY DEADLINE: Friday, September 11, 2026 at 2:00 pm, to the email above. Admittance after the deadline is only by approval of Bluffton Street Fair Parade Chairman.

LINE-UP: The parade line-up will be printed in the Banner on Friday and Saturday just before the Fair.

Please select whether your parade entry will participate as a Float or a Unit. Floats are eligible for judging and must display the organization’s name on the float. Float entries must be in their assigned lineup position by 6:00 PM for pre-judging.

FLOAT AWARDS: 1st Place: $250, 2nd Place: $200, 3rd Place: $150, 4th Place: $100, 5th Place: $50

FLOAT JUDGING WILL BE BASED ON: THEME INTERPRETATION, GENERAL APPEARANCE, & AUDIENCE EFFECT.

Units are welcome to participate in the parade but will not be judged.

All units in the parade are admitted by approval of the BLUFFTON FREE STREET FAIR ASSOCIATION and its designated Parade Chairmen and are subject to all Rules and Regulations of said Association.
